Changing Workplaces
The pandemic has changed how we work, and many companies worldwide have implemented hybrid working models. This relatively new strategy means that employees work either remotely or from the office, depending on lockdown restrictions, workplace safety, or scheduling requirements. Although lockdowns and Covid-related restrictions are easing globally, hybrid work is here to stay. As such, companies are having to re-evaluate their policies and how their workplaces are designed.
Ms Tu Thi Hong An, Director of Commercial Leasing at Savills Vietnam said: "Companies have had to find ways to become more resilient to the ever-changing circumstances we have faced over the last few years. Many have found that the hybrid workspace model is the answer. By adopting hybrid models, businesses show that they are willing to support their employees and are committed to developing a work culture in the new normal. Although workplaces are transforming, they will continue to play an essential role in maintaining company culture and a sense of community for businesses.”
